I didn't stumble into this work; I was called to it. For over a decade, I've served as a clinician, clinical administrator, nonprofit leader, and educator. I've sat with clients in their most vulnerable moments, led organizations through complexity, and poured into the next generation of counselors. Every role has shaped how I show up — fully, authentically, and with genuine love for the people I serve.
I believe this work can be meaningful and joyful. I believe in culture, in community, in ambition with heart. And I believe the best things happen when positive, like-minded people decide to grow together.
